Echo Karaoke
Description
Echo Karaoke has garnered mixed reviews, highlighting both the excitement of private singing rooms and disappointing service experiences. While many enjoy the excellent song selection and welcoming staff that create memorable nights, others report issues with rudeness, pricing discrepancies, and irreverent treatment of smaller parties. The changing policies, including heightened fees and service charges, have raised concerns among regulars. Despite these frustrations, dedicated patrons continue to appreciate the fun ambiance and unique offerings, such as the option to use personal devices for karaoke. Ultimately, guests are encouraged to weigh their options carefully before visiting.

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The lady who attended to us made several attempts to overcharge us. Despite staying for three hours and being promised an extra 30 minutes free, we were later charged for that time. Additionally, she falsely accused us of having more people in our group than we actually did, claiming we had 20 when we only had 18. After leaving, we noticed that she had altered the tip amount we left her to increase it. In total, we were hit with an extra $40 in tips we never intended to give, $10 for additional guests we didn't bring, and the charge for the 30 minutes of singing that was supposed to be complimentary. When we sought a refund for these incorrect charges, our request was denied. I would not recommend this place. Jenni, the woman who served us, lacked professionalism and seemed more focused on her own gain than on providing good service.
I had a fantastic experience! For a reasonable price, we had an incredible time. The song selection was excellent, and each room was perfectly designed to make us feel like we were the only party there. It truly created a wonderful birthday celebration for my friends and me.
I had an amazing time at the karaoke! I loved that the rooms were private, allowing everyone to sing their hearts out during our party. The staff was polite and attentive, which made the experience even better. While we mainly drank water, the peach soju was absolutely delicious. I do wish we had two songbooks, though—one just wasn't enough for our group of 12. I also hoped to find more than just 90's alternative tracks, like songs from Sublime. I can't wait to go back!
Decent karaoke place. The service was acceptable though our party of 2 was informed that if it gets too busy they could not guarantee our room for extended periods of time. They were very polite about it and this was understandable and I did not count it against them. The selection of music was good but not stellar. They did have the big/comon hits. If you order food or drink they will bring out a complimentary plate of fruit.
Oh what an absolutely fun place! I 'm not familiar with the concept of having your own room for karaoke as I have only ever done karoake in a restaurant or bar (or shower!! so you can imagine how delighted and 'VIP feeling ' it was so have your own room. Very clean, hospitable staff, and food was good--we ordered wings and also dumplings, nothing fancy and pretty standard bar tasting food. The selection of music is mind blowing and the sound is incredible. Please be sure when calling to state how many people you are bringing and have them confirm the rate, we had a small mix up when checking out, there was a difference between the price quoted and the price charged. Very wholesome fun for any celebration!
