The customer service is fantastic, and it’s a great place to gather with family for a meal.

I often take my dog with me to various drive-thrus, where I usuall... read more I've been going to this Culver's for years, but my last experience left me very disappointed. I often take my dog with me to various drive-thrus, where I usually get free whipped cream or dog treats—places like Starbucks, Steak 'n Shake, Chick-fil-A, and even Kroger pharmacy. However, today I was charged $4 for a tiny cup of whipped cream on top of my regular order. When I complained about it, the owner refunded my money but informed me that I would have to pay $4 for just a small squirt of whipped cream next time. Well, there definitely won't be a next time. Their business practices are lacking. There's an old saying: when a business does something right, you tell a friend; when they do something poorly, you tell everyone. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the recent reviews for this place have been declining.

Gi... read more This location just opened a week ago. The burger was outstanding, and the frozen custard (Georgia Peach was the flavor of the day) was absolutely delightful. Given that they are still in the early stages, they seemed a bit overstaffed and overly attentive, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it would have been nice to enjoy my meal in peace. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I was left feeling embarrassed for having touted Culver's as my favorite Midwest restaurant after this visit. It's safe to say that, after this experience, it wouldn't even make my top 20 list.

Every time I visit, I am greeted by the same individual, whom I assume is the manager since he is the only one in a black shirt. Unfortunately, this person has an attitude every time I encounter him. I do not recommend this place, and I will not be returning.
