Great store, great customer service and even more positive is the kind gentleman they have greeting and checking on customers in the dining area. It's always wonderful to see handi-able people with meaningful employment opportunities. Kudos to Chick-fil-Afor serving this area and those individuals with challenges in life ???? ???? ???? ????
I am so disappointed. Every time I visit CFA on Moore road in Suwanee there will be at least one item missing or incorrect. My salad today was horrible. I have called in the past to let them know but phone is never answered so I?ve had to leave a VM buthave not heard back from them. Sadly I feel like CFA is loosing that Awsome customer service that everyone is so used to.
I had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I waited for 11 minutes for a Chicken Strip entrée and a Sweet Tea. Meanwhile, two employees were eating and wandering around instead of assisting with food preparation. One staff member at the window was assembling meals on trays and setting them aside for a food runner, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one available, so the food just sat there and got cold. Meanwhile, about seven managers and team leaders were gathered in a booth in the corner, chatting while their team members were struggling and stressed under pressure. This incident took place on October 13, 2022, at 11:20 AM. I do want to give a shout-out to the kitchen staff for providing fresh food, and I commend the expo worker who did her best despite the lack of assistance. She did forget my sauces, but I can overlook that.
I was taken aback and let down by the low quality of food I received from this place a few days ago. To start, my order was wrong, and I only noticed it after I'd already left. Additionally, the diet lemonade was undrinkable; it tasted old and had a strange flavor that reminded me of cleaning products (see photo). Finally, the bun on my chicken sandwich was so stale that it fell apart while I was trying to eat it. What has happened to CFA???
