We telephone and with gentle ways we ask to book for 3...saying that I am intolerant to milk and gluten and if they had gluten-free pasta... They say no and no problems I eat meat or vegetables. At which point they invite us to go somewhere else to have no problem.. I add that I have no contamination problems.. They said the flour flies.... Nothing served.. They don't want any trouble.. Stunning location, an easy to reach farmhouse nestled in the fields. Dishes with raw materials produced by them, I recommend trying the trofie with pesto, walnuts and herbs which is a very good and particular traditional dish. Heirloom tomatoes are not to be missed. Even the bread is made by them.
