Streetside Grille - Suttons Bay

I would say this place has average or occasionally above average food but below average service based on our experience. The highlights were that the interior was clean, well-lit, and the food seemed freshly prepared. Unfortunately our interactions with the server left a lot to be desired. She seemed bothered by simple requests for extra plates or a condiment, and was rude about our menu questions and even drink orders. Another woman, who I assume was her boss, made some snarky comments about a ranch dipping one of the kids spilled. In general, we were treated like we were inconveniencing our waitress for the whole meal which was awkward. Based on that, we would hesitate to come back and would especially not come back with kids.

We were looking for a good local place to eat as we were traveling through on our way to Traverse City. Food and service were both excellent! We would definitely eat here again if we were in the area.

I had lobster roll and it was so good! Everyone in our section seemed to get the same. I will go back after I've tried other places in the area. My kids had bang bang shrimp. Small amount of food for the price but it looked great and they enjoyed.

It was good. The meatloaf cupcake app was our favorite. My 1/2 lb burger was hand formed and very tasty. My wife had the lobster Mac and cheese... she said it was very rich... could not eat much of it. Wasn't very busy. Service could have been better.

Stopped serving food early on the holiday weekend. I guess they don't like money.
