This restaurant is a blast! We didn't have reservations for the dining area, but we enjoyed the outdoor recreation area with a standing tasting bar. We tried their frose and Merlot, both of which were excellent. We sat at picnic tables outside and played some cornhole. There is also a hidden garden that looked intriguing, but we didn't have enough time to explore it. View all feedback.
What Shawn Glowacz doesn't like about Brys Estate Vineyard Winery:
We walked in for a tasting and were immediately informed that they only do them on the patio and that the patio was full. We weren’t given any timeline for if we could wait for a spot on the patio. The only option we were given was to order a glass at the bar. Not what most people are looking for when they visit a winery so we just left. Overall the experience was off-putting and we won’t be back. View all feedback.
They offer more than just wine. The gorgeous raised patio deck creates an atmosphere of relaxing, and enjoyment as you stare out into the acres of grapes and lakeside views. They serve charcuterie boards that were enough for 5 people to snack on. They also offer flights of 5 wines (you pick) and you are able to share your flight at no additional cost. They are $15 per person , and as always there are optional upgrades. They have a frozé type wine that is a great treat on a warm day. At the end of the property you can find a secret “you pick” lavender garden. It was a real treat to visit Brys Estate!
Great variety, taste, and service. If they don't have any tables available, the. You can chill at the lawn bar, which has console. There are non-alcoholic drinks and some appetizers for underage people.
Great vineyard with a fun selection. The tasting tower is an easy choice five wines for $15. The deck also had a great view of the vineyard while you drink.
We opted to stop here after seeing the high reviews from others and are glad that we did! We each enjoyed a tasting on the deck while observing the stunning vineyard view, and had a hearty charcuterie board to snack on. We’re big California wine fans, and while the quality isn’t quite as high as Napa this wine was surprisingly delicious! We particularly enjoyed the dry Riesling and Pinot Noir. Definitely recommend the stop!
Hell priends...we've been wining for years along the peninsula. We've always had great times, but this trip was even better after visiting a not so personable winery on the way there. Brys has always been amazing, but they get better every year. The staff was amazing. Hey Ian...hey Ernest...hey Dave...thanks for making our girls time absolutely amazing. We laughed, we drank wine, we laughed more...and the whole time Ian made sure our cups and hearts were full. Ok bye.
