Murdick's is the top choice for Mackinac Island fudge. I believe it is the creamiest brand and it simply melts in your mouth. This spot is my go-to for peanut butter wings. I even feel like their other locations in Mackinaw City don't compare. Prices may differ depending on the location, but I believe I get the best deal here. Classic fudge and candy shop doing it from scratch, the right way! Lots of flavors to suit anybody, local cherry and pumpkin when in season. Cashew and peanut brittle the way grandma made it...salted caramels that DARE you to eat just one...and don't get me started on how good the caramel corn is, no matter what flavor you choose .
Great little spot, friendly owner who trained in person with Mr. Murdock who passed along his skills. Now he owns his own location. It was clean, pleasant and the fudge is of course, excellent!
Love their caramels. They don’t have them in the Murdick’s in Traverse City. Highly recommend giving this Murdick’s business than TC’s
