Had an early dinner yesterday 7/12/21 at the Riverside Inn. We had a table in the bat area. We had a fantastic dinner and experience. Our server was Libby who also is the bartender and great source of information about the Inn I was very impressed with the staff in general, very professional and friendly. In summary, a great place to have a great meal paired with some great wines. Highly recommend! View all feedback.
What Rick Saukas doesn't like about Riverside Inn:
Room was small with sink in main bedroom separate from bathroom. There was no chair or closet in room, only a bed. Breakfast was minimal continental which we did not bother with. Room with a view of River also included a view of the restaurant rooftop. We felt the $333 per night charge was excessive for what we got. The Riv is a favorite spot for us. Great cocktails, well stocked bar with an extensive, well thought out wine list that departs from the expected. The food has never disappointed. You get an upscale experience blended with the Northern Michigan casualvibe.
Best fine dining up north. They do a great job of managing seats to staff. Friendly people......great food.
Had a fantastic meal at Riverside Inn. The service was impeccable and the food was awesome. The salad was with made with fresh produce and the fillet was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the ambiance and the bar is great with a large offering of liquors. Wehad three different wines during our meal and all were great with our meals. It is a must visit.
One of the best fine dining patios in northern Michigan. Reservation highly recommended. Great service and excellent food. For a special meal come here. Staple in Leland.
Excellent service and meal. For meat... if you want medium rare, ask for rare. Great views. Very romantic. Easy walk from town.
