Braised Pork Cafe - SUTTON FOREST

I stopped for coffee and a bathroom break while driving to the snow. It was the best coffee I've ever had at a gas station in my entire life. This was around 9am on Friday, July 7th. Thank you so much.

I have driven past this restaurant by the highway countless times. Finally decided to stop with my family for a quick meal. The food was outstanding, especially the BLT sub - the best one I've ever had!

Too early for lunch at Crookwell, so we pushed on to this café. Pleasantly surprised, service was great, toilets clean. Papers to read while you wait for your order. Water for your pets at the side door. We had a steakburger each, it was great, tender steak and loads of salad. The surrounds could use a good clean-up, a fair amount of litter all over the place and it hadn't seen a mower for a while, but well worth a stop.

I discovered this little gem when stopping for fuel at the eagle hawk servo on the way to Sydney. The food was delicious! Best poached eggs brekky I have had. The kids polished it off and grabbed one of the sweet treats for the road. Since then we make it part of our travel plans. Whether it's grabbing a coffee and some potato cakes to snack on or stopping in for a meal (pulled pork rolls amazing) this place has never disappointed. Very family friendly and plenty to chose from at good prices. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Walked in at 1.58 to be told the kitchen was shut at 2. All we wanted was a pulled pork bun. Nothing that was difficult . The staff were eager to get out of there. So again a situation where staff eager to leave. Last time we stopped in 30 min before closing they were already shut. Toilets if course very dirty as usual. You can not serve food where the toilets are filthy....
