Was Anonym at Sofra Grill a mag?
We had been wanting to dine at this restaurant for a while and finally got the chance on June 30th. We opted for the set menu which included a main course and baklava dessert for £7.95, available from 12-4 every day of the week. The meal was excellent, with delicious food and moist, buttery baklava. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Surprisingly, we were the only customers in the restaurant, wh... What Anonym dislikes about Sofra Grill:
I have been dining at Sofra for over 2 years now, visiting once or twice a month. The food has always been delicious and the staff friendly, which is why I have recommended this place to friends and colleagues. Unfortunately, in recent years, there has been a noticeable decline in service quality and overall comfort at the restaurant. Sam was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. He also recognised it was my birthday celebration. The service overall was excellent. Highly recommend!

I regularly visit Sofra Grill with my partner because they have a fantastic selection of traditional Turkish food, attentive and friendly staff, and the prices are very reasonable.

The food was delicious and marinated well. It was also presented in a neat and appealing way. The waitress was kind, helpful and checked in without being intrusive.
We came here as a family with a 7yo after recently moving to Sutton. The food was very tasty (with generous portion sizes) and the staff were welcoming. We enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely go back again.
First time here. The service was great and not rushed which I liked to be honest. Very friendly. The meat was succulent and tasty and even the salad was lovely. The only negative is that the chips portion I thought was a little small but it wouldn't stop me going back! Excellent atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely visit.

This is our third visit to this restaurant and it is consistently outstanding. The service and atmosphere are very good. The food is value for money and the servers are cheerful and friendly.

Unfortunately, in recent years, there has been a noticeable decline in service quality and overall comfort at the restaurant. They used to offer complimentary bread and dips, but for cost-saving reasons, this has been replaced with a pre-packaged tortilla-like snack with some spicy crumbles. Additionally, the prices were increased a few months ago, while the portion sizes remained the same, leaving me feeling disappointed.
