Greggs - Sutton

My 14-year-old daughter was treated poorly at the restaurant. Her card was declined, not her fault. When she tried to pay with cash, the server shouted at her to leave. It made her feel as though she had done something wrong. Would they have treated an adult the same way? I don't think so. After reading other reviews about this Sutton branch, I have decided not to return.

I often find that the restaurant is frequently out of sausage rolls and other items I desire. There is a loud and obnoxious woman working the till who seems to enjoy hearing herself talk. She is always conversing with other employees, causing me to have to repeat my order multiple times because she never pays attention. I tend to avoid going in if I see her working the till.

The staff at this restaurant consistently behave disrespectfully, speaking to customers however they please and showing no regard for the elderly. They even raise their voices at individuals simply for not providing a bag for takeout orders, and then get upset when asked for one. This is not the proper way to conduct business.

You cannot best the bacon and egg roll with a hot chocolate , it’s the best , served with a smile even though the guy had been there since 7am ! On a Sunday

The pastry itself was on the cold side which was a shame. The pastry exterior was nice as was the sauce but I’m not sure what to make of the so called plant based lumps on the inside. The texture was a little bizarre. I would probably get the vegan sausage roll over this in future.
