I finally went up to the counter to ask for an update, and when they had nothing to say, I asked them to cancel my order. Despite serving 4 other customers who arrived after me, they still did not offer any apology for my long wait. They then offered to prepare a take away order, which I declined. The lack of communication and the uncomfortable feeling of being watched as I waited made me feel like I was being ignored or treated poorly. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced, and I regret wasting so much time waiting for food that was never even made. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

We are always greeted with a smile and even though the place is bustling, a table is always clean and laid up as quickly as possible. Delicious, freshly cooked food with prices that make me wonder how they do it!! Well done to the team. Kevin, Rose, Adam, Seref and Hurrem. Five stars well deserved.
