I stopped in at this restaurant while waiting for the bus in Wallington. The staff quickly took my order and made my drink promptly. It was served piping hot and I was able to catch my bus within 2 minutes. View all feedback.
What Kyra A doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
Coffee was very bitter had to pay for a shot of syrup as staff refused to change my drink when it was not only bitter to the point of tasting like reused grinds but was not hot either it was lovely and cool inside very clean toilet facilities but the above let it down View all feedback.

The staff at this restaurant are efficient but not very friendly. The server had trouble figuring out how to redeem a free coffee with two loyalty cards.
My friend and I stopped by for coffee and cake one afternoon last week. The place was clean and the coffee was excellent, the cake was delicious, and the service was friendly. What more could you ask for?! I highly recommend this place!
In Wallington for us is the only nice spot for a hot chocolate and a muffin. The staff is nice and the spot as all the other cafe Nero is comfortable
