Very... read more Have had coffee around the world. But trust me this was the Worst. Either they don't know how to make one previous didn't want to make one whole heartedly. Very disappointed. Sorry this was my first and last visit to Caffe Nero. And trust me I am in the hospitality industry as well and it's these small little things that make a big difference.

Came back after we realised that we paid 3,75 for a coff... read more Visited this morning for a coffee with my boyfriend,asked for 2 caramel lattes the speciality and left. Came back after we realised that we paid 3,75 for a coffee and the female staff forgot to add the caramel sauce plus it was a very weak coffee. Bad service,zero customer service. Don’t recommend! Won’t be going there again,i was hoping to see the male staff he’s the only one who can make a real coffee.
