I waited a long time to pay for my order while they talked amongst each other and never bothered to charge me, I then went to a table as I presumed they charge me afterwards. About 5 mins later they scream at me that I still need to pay, which was rude and in front of the whole cafe. They then forgot half of my order anyway when they bought it to me. Very poor service.

Very... read more Have had coffee around the world. But trust me this was the Worst. Either they don't know how to make one previous didn't want to make one whole heartedly. Very disappointed. Sorry this was my first and last visit to Caffe Nero. And trust me I am in the hospitality industry as well and it's these small little things that make a big difference.

Came back after we realised that we paid 3,75 for a coffee and the female staff forgot to add the caramel sauce plus it was a very weak coffee. Bad service,zero customer service. Don’t recommend! Won’t be going there again,i was hoping to see the male staff he’s the only one who can make a real coffee.

The cozy atmosphere offers numerous armchairs, a sofa, as well as traditional chairs and tables with nearby outlets for working. The staff is friendly, especially when the two Sofias are present.
