Happy Garden had a vehicle go thru there kitchen so I thought try Young Sings first time I tried since the last time a year an a half ago since sale of the original owners sold it) Absolutely No improvement small portions meat was absolutely overcooked to almost jerky with sauce covering it tipped 7.00 for a to go order asked for some hot mustard and got two1/2 ounceshots the last time order from one of my favorite Chinese stops in Susanville need to fire cook and hire someone to at leastwon't over cook chicken pork bummer meal! The hot sour soup looked like egg flower with Italian sausage in it no sour orhot. Missed the boat here almost un edible !

Been going to this place for years, it's always been dependable. I've been a fan of Singapore Noodle at various restaurants across the state, theirs stacks up against the others admirably. It's not on the menu though, it's just on the white boardbehind the register.

I used to live in Susanville and had always liked this place. We are in town so I decided that we needed to eat here because I haven't been to Young Sing in about 10 years. It was disappointing. The original people aren't there, the menu has changed andthe food is mediocre at best. Sadly I don't think I'll be back.
