RK San - Surry Hills

I had an amazing dining experience at this newly opened restaurant. The fusion of Japanese cuisine with Western influences was truly inspiring. Some standout dishes were the flavorful grilled scallops, crunchy tuna rice, and spicy chicken. The 36-hour sous vide pork with carrot puree and ginger sauce was incredibly tender and delicious. The sesame panna cotta for dessert was a unique and delightful treat. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I am excited to see what creations the chef will come up with next.

Rk San provided an exceptional dining experience. We opted for the 7-course tasting menu, which was a special offering and highly recommended. The dishes were of top quality and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was also fantastic, perfect for a romantic date or a relaxing evening out. I highly recommend Rk San. True to traditional Japanese taste and respect seafood flavour (and bonus is with a comtemporary fusion twist that works)

This place is amazing, and no one knows about it. Sensational fresh food and great service. It's a hiden gem!!!

The most amazing food I have had the pleasure of eating. For the price you may think this is just another restaurant, but this restaurant could easily double the price and I would still be happy.
