What Sebastian Ullrich doesn't like about Reantong Thai in Surry Hills:
Reantong was recommended to me as one of the best value for money`Thai places in Surry Hills. Located on Devonshire Street just minutes from Central Station, it’s also very easy to get to. Unfortunately, there was loud construction work on the light rail going on outside. Though Reantong Surry Hills has an à la carte menu, the pricing for their rice/noodle and choices are very straightforward and convenient. I opted... View all feedback.
Great little thai snack with surprisingly decent food. Recommend the hot bar surprisingly, especially the pork and the eggs in the dark sauce. Spacious servings at very reasonable prices. Pad Thai and Pad see Eew are good opportunities. Currys are something on the light side, but still delicious. Grief If possible, eat, dishes are for some reason of much higher quality. Grief Lunch are great drink
The cookware like cooking home, there is already hot food to provide yourself like a food court, and the decisions that are from its usual Thai place. My 2 choices with rice (a pig's pet and green curry), small size for dinner is pretty cheaper for 8 dollars! You can order from there if you want more options. Limited ambience is small in and does not fit with large groups. Not bad food
Beer: goodNice flavorNot a giant alcohol bombDecent variety Food: okDecent varietyTasted goodSoup was excellent.
This is a cool little place in downtownIt's very clean with an authentic vibe and they make their own beer.
Had a relatively fast lunch in this Surry Hills Thai restaurant to see if it is similar to that in Pyrmont. Grief Grief The Ladna noodles ordered from the lunch specials menu. Did not last long until it was done. The soup was a bit more salty, but overall was still fine, but prefer the Pyrmont branch version of this court. I will try other dishes to see if other dishes are similar in the taste when I'm back in this area (but not shaking back soon). Grief The service is not as friendly as the Pyrmont branch.
