A lot of people in this competitive world of culinary arts boast making the best pasta .. The pasta here IS in fact the best I 've seen. So homemade so authentic, still carrying the granular texture of 'it 's just been made outback 5minutes ago ' .. an experience of soft, fleshy, juicy and rounded full flavour of house made fresh pasta .. the duck ravioli was something I 'd think about having as a last meal if I was on death row .. It 's all good, it all comes out with that passion and authenticity

It was a wonderful experience last night at Pasta Emilia . I am Italian and I wanted to take my friend to have a fully Italian experience here in Sydney. But what we got was incredible !! The restaurant setting, the staff cordiality, the INCREDIBLE food that the head chef Martino cooked for us, the beautiful wine and the homemade limoncello to finish !!! We will come back and I highly recommend the restaurant to everybody!!

Pasta Emilia is by far the most authentic and best Italian food in Sydney that I 've had yet! The food is so delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly, and atmosphere is perfect for any occasion. I recommend Pasta Emilia to everyone who appreciates a traditional home style Italian meal cooked with love. The duck ravioli was a stand out! We even bought a jar of chili 'peperoncino ' to take home. Highly recommended loved it!

I've found my pasta place in Sydney!! Handmade on the premises, organic, tasty and made with love. An authentic Emilia Romagna osteria in the heart of Sydney. Great ambience and attention to detail. Can't wait to go back and taste Anna's delicious food again and enjoy the warmth of this amazing place.
