Contribute FeedbackA restaurant in Sydney offering Indian and Pakistani cuisine received mixed reviews from customers. Some found the curries to be lacking in flavor and the biryani to be dry, while others enjoyed the Malai Kofta and Gulab Jamuns. One reviewer recommended trying supermarket curry instead. However, those looking for vegan options were pleased with the helpful staff and delicious food. Another customer praised the Lahore lamb curry and generous portions of biryani. A group celebrating Christmas Eve found the potato cutlets and chaat starters to be delicious, with comfortable furniture and attentive service. Despite some criticisms about the decor, overall, the restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices.
Ummmmm yum! I ordered a vegetable castle from the lunch special menu with rice and naan bread. It's absolutely delicious, the staff was nice and it was done in not more than 5-10 minutes. Definitely my New Friday lunch.
Chicken Malabar is amazing! Home from home feels. The starters are also pretty good. Take away, however, is a minimum of 35 US dollars. This is a pity ????. Otherwise perfect! ??????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????? "
Okay, Indian food. You have a standard menu Sydney Indian Food (butter chicken, mango chicken, etc.) Grief The real food is not that bad, but nothing to write home. I'd rather cross the street and eat on the Korean BBQ joint. Grief Grief Still not the worst Indian restaurant I ate in Sydney.
I had a lunch break here and did not expect much, but really liked it. For $ 15, I got a tin plate with a pair of Malai chicken Tikka - Charge chicken in a creamy garlic pepper sauce - plus rice, a Naan, Poppadom and a slightly impeccable dip and butter chicken sauce. The butterhuhner sauce was very good, with a really hearty, onion-powered kick and the pepper chick very delicious. Went back and had the fried marinated fish plate, which was delicious, but was much drier. The decor is good and there were a few people there, which looked like regular guests. The staff was also friendly and attentive. Better than expected.
After trying at least 20 Indian restaurants throughout Australia in the last 10 days, I can surely say that he wins them because he gives up because he does not understand what Indian cuisine is. I still regret the moment when I asked about my crockery to spicy. The big chef simply put raw cooler flakes in my paneer n-potato court to make it spicy! Why? Why would you like to burn my food whistle through raw, tasteless cooler foods in the name of spicy Indian cuisine? Order cooler paners, Bombay Aloo and Daal Makhni, all were terrible. The DAAL was under cooked. Spicy dishes were red chillies served in hot water. Please do not order from here if you know that N expects Indian cuisine. Bad memory of Sydney :(
