Dead Ringer - Surry Hills
Dead Ringer
Menu
The place from Surry Hills offers 171 different dishes and drinks on the menu for an average price of A$54.
The restaurant offers good food and service, with some standout dishes such as the duck rillettes and ocean trout tartare. Despite some issues with table arrangements being too close for comfort and noise levels, the overall dining experience is positive. There were complaints about limited vegetarian options and some rude staff members, but the atmosphere and overall food quality received high praise. The bottomless mimosas at brunch are highly recommended and make for an enjoyable experience. The location, ambiance, and dog-friendly outdoor seating also add to the appeal of the restaurant. Overall, it seems like a great spot for a casual meal with friends or a special celebration, as long as you don't mind the noise and table setup.

Was Anonym at Dead Ringer a mag?
I was with a friend I visited there for the floorless brunch. the food was at the top. service was amazing. the atmosphere was absolutely relaxed and healthy. the lower brunch menu will literally fill them and the aromen presentation and dishes are fantastic. the Scottish server that we had was absolutely delightful and made the experience much better recommend, as not harming their wallet and the quality is over. ca... What Anonym dislikes about Dead Ringer:
the eating is uncertain what happened, but the portions were very minimized and the taste of them really is not on the way to what they were earlier, it is regrettable that the experience was not amazing as I came before and had a great time with my friends. service: dine in meal type: dinner View all feedback.
Delicious food, the chicken was so tender and juicy, eggplants and broccolini were fresh, flavorful and smoky! I still can taste it in my mouth, so delicious
Great food. Set menu was lovely. Ambience was pretty poor because it was a Monday. They knew it was my birthday and didn’t make any special for dessert drinks etx which would have been nice.
Dined there on a Monday, had the $40 Meat Free Monday set menu great value. Service was efficient and friendly and the staff really knew the dishes. Stand out dishes were a roast pumpkin dish with puffed wild rice and macadamia milk, just delicious. Following that we ate the eggplant lasagne which was excellent also.
