I contacted the restaurant and they delivered my order again, fresh and hot. They even called me when it was on the way. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Don 't Bother asking for extra anything, legit half our order was wrong, Manager on duty kept Apolozing but what 's the point when this isn 't the first time, i... read more Don 't Bother asking for extra anything, legit half our order was wrong, Manager on duty kept Apolozing but what 's the point when this isn 't the first time, its the 7th. Also accused of us of swearing when we called but we weren 't. They charge for every little add on like that 's money at the end she 's like I can offer you XYZ you can come pick it up like I 'm gonna drive all the way back during rush hour for Sauce. There 's a reason we chose to drive not uber. Clowns is what they are. Its not a Human mistake when I was the ONLY car in the drive through so not like there was any type of urgency or need to rush. It 's a dollar $1.15 for every extra we got 3 items plus the extra they charge for dip. Honestly double check your bags don 't trust them.
