Tried this restaurant for the first time today and was impressed by the flavorful broth, fresh springy noodles, and tender pork that melted in my mouth. While it was a bit pricey, dining out tends to be costly nowadays so if you can't afford it, just don't go and don't complain. I will definitely be returning soon!
The ramen is delicious, but they lose a star for smaller portions and higher prices than usual. The service is excellent with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Full Ramen, located in metro Vancouver, offers bowls of ramen starting at $15.99. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I tried the garlic tonkotsu ramen and chicken karaage, both of which I enjoyed. The noodles had a nice chew and held onto the flavors well, and the chashu was exceptionally tender. However, the ramen broth was a bit thin and lacked depth. Overall, I would say that the quality of the food is solid but falls short of some of the top-rated ramen spots in Vancouver like Tonkotsu Ramen Tsukiya. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who constantly refilled my water and were prompt in taking my order. This was a big contrast from some of the other reviews I had read.
The Garlic tonkotsu ramen is amazing! Our server Helen was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Food came quick. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion
