What Manbir Randhawa likes about Big Ridge Brew Pub:
I visited Big Ridge last year and recently had the opportunity to go again. I must say, it is a fantastic place to eat, drink, and have a good time. The combination of delicious food and exceptional customer service sets it apart as a top-notch restaurant. They have a lovely and cozy patio that is set up for COVID safety measures, but the interior is just as charming. I was impressed with the level of customer servic... View all feedback. What Alexane Kessler doesn't like about Big Ridge Brew Pub:
This place gets 1 star from me. NOT because the service wasn't great and NOT because the food wasn't delicious. Both deserve 5 stars. It gets a 1 because they automatically add an 18% tip for bigger groups. This is just not acceptable! A tip is whatever amount I decide is deserved NOT an amount imposed upon me by the owners of the establishment. As an aside, there is construction going on so there is very little park... read moreDespite some positive aspects such as great service and delicious food, this restaurant receives mixed reviews due to issues like automatic 18% gratuity for larger groups, limited gluten-free options, and loud ambiance. The menu is extensive with some hit-or-miss dishes, but overall, Big Ridge impresses with friendly service, flavorful food, and a cozy patio. The excellence of the food and drinks, along with a range of vegetarian options, make this a top choice for dining out. However, some customers were put off by the inclusion of tips in the bill without prior notice. Despite this, the restaurant remains a popular spot for patrons of all ages.
