After I ordered my food I saw nothing but dirty table... read more Went today to the suprise Panera bread location. As soon as I walk in there is no customer service at all. After I ordered my food I saw nothing but dirty tables as well as dirty dishes everywhere. Food all over the floor. Saw employee come out of therestroom did not see her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer and proceed to break bread and serve food to customers withoutgloves. When I finally received my food the Mac and cheese was very cold like it had been sitting there a long time. Thesandwich I ordered was very dry and stale and the bread was very hard to chew. I will never eat at this establishment again theonly good thing about this experience was the manager who gave us a Refund. Do yourself a favor and do not eat at this location.Changes need to be made

Nothing beats the pick 2 deal. I recvkmend going here especially for lunch. The stores atmosphere iscozy and inviting.

Soggy, not grilled at all. I dunno who made it and thought ?yep that?s good? butnope it wasn?t. I?m at work cannot get it corrected but I definitely won?t order a grilled sandwich from here again.
