The customer service here is the absolute worst! We picked up an order from another Chipotle location in Surprise and they forgot to include the chips. It wasn't a huge issue, so we thought we'd just call the nearby restaurant to grab some. However, the manager told us that since we didn’t purchase the items from their store, they couldn't help us. It's truly unbelievable that this is over just two bags of chips!
I hope this location feels proud of themselves; there was a fundraiser scheduled for our kids' school tonight. I was wearing a shirt in support of the school, so they knew why my family of six was there. When we got to the register, we were informed that the event had been CANCELED. Another parent mentioned that the cancellation happened because she was trying to promote the fundraiser to others in line. It's disappointing. Clearly, this location does NOT support their community.
Price changes today, in store only! Charged me for extra cheese and side tortilla... (I know a tortilla is charged in the app 0.40 cents but I have never been charged in store) and they said any thing more than a 3 finger pinch is $1.25 more for cheese. So I built the same meal on the app, extra beans, extra rice, and cheese, added a side tortilla and chips $13.85. Yet I paid $15.22 in store. There is a line and I don 't want to be rude to other customers but I feel scammed and stolen from by the employees. Receipt #10233 8/25/22 4:47pm
Came in at 9pm and there were no other customers in line. They said steak would be ready in 12 minutes so we waited. By the time we ordered, they gave me the steak at the bottom of tin, while you can literally see the cook cutting the fresh hot steak, that I was waiting on behind the servers. Why tell me to wait, when you already had steak that you were going to give me anyways when you falsely promised something? The response I received was need to make sure there 's some left for the rest of the night , BUT under serve me? It 's supposed to be 4oz of meat per serving.
Horrible service. I asked for steak counted 8 little squares! But were happy to fill the entire bowl up with rice just to note. I said come on now with the meat, can i get some more! and they charged me what a shame but overall the tables were trashed line out the door had no chicken and a little steak left was horrible not like any other experience with chipotle usually 10/10 this was .5/10
