What Aloisia Richter doesn't like about Burger King:
My fries were so old, when they were refried them to avoid making fresh fries, they were too hard to eat. I came back to replace them received the worst service, from the manager. There was no apology, there was no empathy. The business wasn't busy; i was the only customer there. There's no excuse for the experience I had. The fries were extremely tough, and I couldn't finish the hamburger either. Maybe it's just my personal taste.
The fries we received were extremely stale—I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to serve fresh fries. Additionally, they gave us the wrong sauce.
