Burger King - Surprise

I paid $45 for what looked delicious on the menu and was told to pull forward while they prepared my order. My family was excited to get home and dig in, with my daughter already planning what she would order next time. However, once we got home and unwrapped the burgers, I realized something was wrong. My wife pointed out that we didn’t all have the same burgers! Instead of the Royal Crispy Chicken Bacon Cheeseburger I ordered, my family received what appeared to be the Royal BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, while mine lacked both bacon and cheese and also had two bottom buns instead of a top and bottom! Feeling frustrated and still hungry, I called the restaurant to explain the situation. The staff asked for my name and phone number, and then told me I needed to return the half-eaten food for a refund or to complete my order. I explained that I couldn't come back that day, but they insisted there was nothing they could do without returning the food. It felt like my time, money, and the gas it took to get there didn't matter. I left feeling very disappointed that they made no effort to resolve the situation. Overall, I had high hopes for this meal, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience.

The food can be good, but make sure to request fresh items! Otherwise, their fries and other dishes may be old and unappetizing.

I paid for 20 nuggets, a large fry, and a Bacon King, but I only received 10 nuggets. Also, I didn’t get any of the sauces I ordered.

The fries were extremely tough, and I couldn't finish the hamburger either. Maybe it's just my personal taste.

The fries we received were extremely stale—I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to serve fresh fries. Additionally, they gave us the wrong sauce.
