Horisonten - Surnadal

This hotel is terrible and I would rather sleep in the car than in this hotel. that was probably a very old hotel that was badly renovated. it had the oldest I have ever seen, and we first avoided it until someone told us about the hotel that we should take it to get into our room. the flur and the room were very old and unpleasant. the room had some pieces of furniture that were newly or newly renovated and others very old who smell badly. the room was full of house flies, which were very annoying and disgusting. we had to hunt them literally so we could sleep. we missed one and it started to float 4 o'clock. the more disturbing it is that the personal white about the problem of pets, but they do not take any actions like the installation of window insect screens. the house are flying from a farm near and they will not get a discount if their room is full of them.

I slept here for a week but they told me you cant eat here because we are giving a cristmas party. Soo no service at all....

The family room is spacious, clean and comfortable. the look at the first was regrettable, but no problem for us. we just slept the breakfast was minimal, personally friendly. flure could renovate

For the Norwegian norms it is somewhat above average. I would give another star if the bar was opened on weekday. most employees are super nice. except an older blonde woman who was grumpy all week.

Spacious room for a family of four (2 etagens). good selection of towel and soap. ideal for families. the breakfast was okay. good water pressure. free parking. quiet and relaxing environment while centrally located in surnadal. very friendly and effective staff. easy and quick to turn on and off. we were on a family trip and that was a great stop for us.
