Description

This Subway location offers quick, affordable meals with generally fresh ingredients and consistent sandwich quality. Many customers appreciate the speedy service and friendly staff, especially regulars who feel well cared for. However, experiences vary widely; some report rude interactions, poorly made orders, and inattentive service. Cleanliness and adherence to health protocols receive praise, while complaints highlight issues with order accuracy and occasional unprofessional behavior. Delivery orders via Uber Eats are typically efficient, though menu variety could improve. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for a casual, tasty sub but may lack consistency in customer service for some patrons.

Every time I visit this place, there's always something new happening, and not in a good way. The older blonde lady tends to focus more on her phone and conversations than on her actual job. I've stopped coming here because of her lack of professionalism; I often find myself waiting for her to finish chatting while she makes my sandwich. I decided to try ordering online, but that hasn't improved anything either, as my order is still not ready. Today, I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich to go, but there was no ham included. I would understand if they were out of ham, but they didn’t say anything about it and just messed up my order. This Subway has been around for a long time, and I really wish they would hire better employees.

Writing a negative review for a fast food restaurant might seem a bit excessive, but I believe it's important for others to be aware that their payment card reader has been broken for about five months. They can't process credit card swipes, which accounts for around 90% of customer transactions. The only options available for payment are digital methods via RFID chips (only found in certain cards) or Google/Apple Pay on your phone, but you have to have that set up in advance. Unfortunately, they don’t inform you about this until after your sandwich is made. If you're in a hurry, be prepared for a frustrating experience, as there's often a line of confused customers at the register trying to find alternative ways to pay. It's evident that the management has no plans to address this issue.

The person who was serving was very rude, he told me that they didn't have combos and if I wanted I had to buy everything separately, the tables were dirty, the sandwich was made poorly and he didn't pack it well and when I ate it I dropped all the sauces and vegetables, very bad service! On top of that, when I was leaving I asked him for the bathroom and he didn't want to open it for me because he was busy but he told me with a very bad face, I even left him a good tip and how much I regret it.

Women are annoying and they want you to be forced to give them property, and if they don't keep the change coins, it's unfair, Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
