When he complained to the to the manager he was berated with attitude and lectured about how expensive kosher food is. Meanwhile, countless of other places have larger portions and friendlier staff. Do your self a favor and skip this place.

They ordered 4 entrees to share, and soft drinks for everyone, and were told by the waiter that unless everyone ordered real food they would be charged $50 extra each. The waiter called the manager, who accused the girls of playing games and spoke to them so rudely that they left. This was not an issue related to other, possibly higher paying customers waiting for tables, as Cine Citta was mostly empty last night.We spoke with two other local families, who told us that their teenagers had similar experiences at Cine Citta in the recent past.Looking at Tripadvisor, Yelp and google reviews, it seems as if this type of customer service is not rare at Cine CItta.Not sure if management or owners at Cine Citta read these reviews...but if you do, please know that there are now several local families who will never again patronize your restaurant.

Pizza we couldn't even finish one slice. They don't have any drinks except alcohol or coffee. Wetook a coffee it was so bad let's not even talk about it. But they are not rude servers as I read in the reviews
