You could be forgiven for believing that you had teleported to Italy because of how authentic the flavors were. And I couldn’t show the Ricotta cheesecake because we devoured it as soon as the very kind v and knowledgeable waiter moved his hand. Can’t wait to take more of no family there. Would recommend for a date night, family or just if you want a fantastic Italian dinner. Buonismo!

Coming from the NJ/NY/ Philly Italian food scene, we were pleasantly surprised by the food, the hospitality and the candor of the owners. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a real dining experience to check out Specchio.

Not only is the food excellent, fresh and cooked to perfection, but the service is thoughtful and well timed. I had been away for some time and was fearful that the restaurant hadn't made it thru the pandemic. I was grateful to find it better than before. In the midst of flashy, over-the-top eateries nearby, Specchio holds its respectful place with good food, excellent service and superior ambiance.

The portions were massive, and almost too much. it seems like being in the home of a very friendly and welcoming family. A lovey atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

I lived in Italy for 2 years and this is like sitting on the Mediterranean again. We made some passing joke about risotto, so the guy whipped up one for my wife AND gave her a double portion. Everyone was so cordial and made it a very fun experience.
