The Island Rooftop - Surfers Paradise

Terrible service. minimal people there by wet weather, but zero service. 2 hours package and after 1.5 hours we asked when the food would begin to get out. that was cold. it was so disappointing.

The service was terrible. Half of the food took almost two hours to arrive and was cold. Additionally, the music was way too loud.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday on the rooftop! The atmosphere was so cheerful. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing—thank you for everything! I will definitely recommend your restaurant!

I really don't understand why I was able to sit a table reserved, told by the workers I could sit anywhere that had no reserved sign on it?! I have asked this several times to say reserved tabs that later there was a function. we were made in the rule to feel unwillingly annoyed. very strange service everywhere. maybe they should not offer reservations for small dinner groups.

The service was horrible, We had to wait over 45 mins for our second round of drinks to be served. We had the table beside us be seated after us and was served 2 rounds of drinks and food while we were still waiting. I was very disappointed in the service.
