We reserved a table, turns out the it was not booked for afternoon tea. Bearing in mind it was the booking was for 3pm on Mother’s Day. The gentleman on the door was u willing to find a solution. From what we heard on the boat back, we dodged a bullet
Lovely view. Lovely table by the fire. Lovely selection of cakes and sandwiches. Lovely ferry crossing. Lovely staff.
My husband and I had our wedding reception at Ravens Ait 19 years ago, so we decided to return for the first time to celebrate Father's Day with a BBQ. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Considering the price we paid, the quality was simply not worth it. Even the side of Potato Wedges was cold. What a shame!
The restaurant has no charm at all, which is a shame given the potential. The food was ok, but there is a very limited selection.
