And stumbled upon dosa.com, so i decided to give it a try. <br/ First impression: The place is neat and clean, good ambience. The staff was prompt and allotted me seat.<br/ The menu has a wide variety of dosas and other related food items.<br/ <br/ I ordered cheesy silencer and spring dosa.<br/ <br/ As i opted for cheesy silencer, i was told that the dosa filling would be extremely hot.. But for a capsaicin loving person, the more chilly, the better.<br/ <br/ Within a few minutes, i was served both of my dosas...quite a speed, eh. Thankfully it was a weekday. <br/ <br/ So, the first bite of cheesy silencer was fiery enough. But i enjoyed each bite of it..as it also had lots of cheese that was complementing the chilly. It was really enjoyable.<br/ Also, to mention the sambar.. Was good enough. If sambar hadn't been a little bit sweet, it would have been a winner.<br/ <br/ The spring dosa i have had lots of spring dosas before but this one was just excellent. <br/ The thing that i liked about this spring dosa was the filling and very low amount of oil used. The dosa crust dry, indicating that oil with right proportion is used to cook. The plating was nice. <br/ <br/ In all, the dosas tasted good, and enjoyable.<br/ <br/
