They have always had the best wings of almost any... read more We have been at Supply NC for about a year and a half now and this restaurant has always been a staple for us. They have always had the best wings of almost anywhere. However, what 's below has been the norm for the last 2 times. The picture shows the size(not much bigger than my finger) compared to the thin celery stick. If this is what the new normal is for this establishment,you will be disappointed. It is now not much better than Domino 's, and lot more money. We ordered 20 wings there were only 6tiny, overcooked drumettes and the rest were flats. They were lacking sauce and cooked until they were dry and not much flavor. Even the sauce has changed. Used to we would order medium because it had such a great taste and was actually hot notanymore, the medium is now just mild sauce. We live just around the corner and hate to see this once really good neighborhoodrestaurant/bar go the way of the tourist driven market . I may try them one more time but three times is my max. Tooexpensive for bad wings. I hate it because we really need a constant when the tourist go home.

My dad went as far as to say that these were the best wings he?s had outside of Buffalo. One of the owners, Matt, was friendly and talked footballwith my dad and I while we waited on our to-go order. This entire restaurant represents Buffalo so well from the wings, to thepizza logs, to the Bills gear draped on the walls. We?re going back tomorrow. Go Bills!

The wings are the best we have had around here and the pizza rolls are so delicious!! So thankful thatour friend recommended The Hot Buffalo!!!

And we were told we could pay .80 for seasoning but- we just added salt. The wings were cooked crisp. they just tasted like fryer oil. We got our appetizers but had to ask for silver ware and plates. Then ended up finding the paper towels ourselves. Had to ask for water refills. And an extra side of sauce was 1.25 and extra ranch was .80 The manager came over and asked for feedback tho.
