Everything is prepared in-house, which is a big plus. Brandon also shared how he makes the unique chips; I won’t attempt to explain it, but they’re a delightful mix of chip and waffle. These chips are light yet bursting with flavor—definitely a must-order! The cherry on top was the excellent service. Kathy was an outstanding bartender and server. She greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived and was very attentive without being intrusive. Plus, she crafted some amazing cocktails! Overall, The Shack provided a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return weekly while I’m in town for work. They’ve clearly put in a lot of effort to bounce back since the tough times during Covid, and I’m truly impressed by their dedication. I highly recommend giving them a try!
