She was very pleasant and assisted us with out To-Go order. Our food hot, fresh, made with love and very delicious. I'm just a little sad I'm not from the area, so I'm not sure when we will be back. Definitely one of the bestrestaurants we've been to on the road as truckers. ????????????????

The food was excellent, I was able to request my sandwich in a specific way which was awesome and really enjoyed the experience and time I was there. A little warm inside for me today but the fans goingwere a great help. A clean and very open space which was also great! It was more family friendly than I had thought though Idon't have any little ones anymore. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Definitely a place I'll be going back toas well as recommending to out of town family friends. If you live here but haven't tried it yet it's worth checking out. Oneissue for me? They've got Pepsi and not coke. That would have made it perfect.

The place was pa... read more Was highly recommended by my father. So my husband and I decided to take our children there for dinner tonight. We showed up at exactly 6:49pm. The place was packed. There were 2 dirty empty tables. My family stood next to one, waiting for someone to comeclean it. The 3 ladies that were working started to notice us and one of them went to clean the other table 1st. Finally shecame over and cleaned the table we were standing next to. Took our drink orders and walked away. Once the table dried it wasextremely sticky. We were ready to order within a few minutes and put all our menus together at the end of the table for thewaitress. It took her a good 10-15 minutes to bring us our drinks to take our orders. I started getting frustrated by 7:43pmthat our food hadn't arrived yet, as my boys started getting antsy. I was ready to walk out as the waitress finally showed upwith the appetizer just before 8pm. My family of 4 had it gone within 15 minutes. We started to realize there were people whohad shown up after us that were eating before us. 8:30pm rolls around no word from anyone, and still no food! I'm about to freakout! I step out for a smoke to cool down, I get a text from my husband at 8:35pm that the food showed up finally. The coleslawwas like eating straight mayo, the fries were dry and gross, and the burger was amazing.... but not worth the $80.18 that wepaid. I didn't eat my coleslaw or fries (because of how gross they were) the waitress never checked on us and when we didinteract with her she seemed burnt out and unpleasant. We were expecting a pleasant experience, and good food, and to leave areally good tip.... instead we got the opposite and made sure to leave exactly $80.18 w/$0.00 tip. I feel like I got ripped offleaving what I did... but it is what it is. Just don't want to go back there and won't be recommending to anyone.

Cheese curds were good, wings were good and the burger was good too. The burger had a very soft and fresh bun. Establishment was very clean and there wasplenty of space. A solid option to dine if you?re in Superior.

Upon arrival, we were told by our waitress that it would be an hour wait for food and she recommended ordering apps. She said she was going to take another table’s drink order and if we were ‘still there by the time she got back’, she would take our orders. When she came back to take our order for food and drinks, she discouraged one of our friends from ordering the combo platter because it would take the longest to come out, even though he was aware of the wait time. He switched his order. After 10-15 minutes of not having drinks, another member of our party goes to the bar to get pull tabs. He sees our waitress coming inside from smoking. He asked the bartender for our drinks and brought them to our table. Our waitress later comes by, telling us to not be afraid to go to the bar if we can’t find her…indicating that we probably won’t see her for most of the night, which we didn’t. Tables around us that had different servers, came and went far before us, which was extremely frustrating. We were fine with an hour wait for food, but it was nearly 2 hours by the time we got our food. Our friend, who ordered a baked potato, received her food last. By this time, we were the last table left in the restaurant. When we asked for our bill, some of the tickets were wrong. Our waitress asked to take our cards and she would correct it at the POS, but we asked for new bills before she did so. The bartenders did buy us a round of drinks for our troubles, which was nice. The rest of the staff were great. I understand being short staffed, especially working in an industry that has suffered many consequences of the pandemic. However, this was more than being understaffed. Our waitress referenced us being her last table multiple times, and it was pretty apparent that she wanted to leave and was disappointed that we sat down in her section. The restaurant slowly became less busy, and other tables who got there after us got their food before us. The food was great, the bartenders were great, and other servers seemed wonderful. Unfortunately we were unlucky and our service was horrible.
