Even during busy times, you’ll find two or three stalls unavailable, which discourages customers from parking there when they see the "out of order" sign. When this happens, many people just leave if there are no other options. Instead, why not create a clear plastic sign with the restaurant's phone number and encourage customers to call in their orders, as I did the other day? It surprised the person who answered, but it worked well. Another issue is tipping. Your food is already a bit more expensive than the Burger King across the street. While I agree that A&W offers better-tasting and likely higher-quality food, the prices are still a stretch. On top of that, I often feel pressured to tip. Even when I just order a chili dog and fries, some employees will point to the tip section on the machine or directly ask how much I’d like to tip. This adds a couple of dollars to my total, which sometimes makes me reconsider going there at all. Despite these concerns, the staff is friendly, the portion sizes are generous, and the food is delicious. I genuinely want to see you succeed, so I hope these suggestions are taken in the spirit of helpfulness.

I had a double bacon cheeseburger and it's the best burger I've had in a long time. The chili cheese fries were delicious too. My only complaint would be that the chili cheese fry serving size was pretty small for the price. We will definitively be back!

Food is great as always, service was even better… somehow. My only negative is the dang car-side ordering, the signs to order didn’t work half the year… not sure if they’re all in order now but either way they gotta fix them.
