Probably a better choice than most fast food joints. I’m sure I got my weekly quotient of sodium but it tasted good was hot and the staff was friendly.

Seeing all of the bad reviews, I was a little hesitant but I was close by and had a craving for the orange chicken. I arrived 10 minutes early for my Online Order but the customer service associate said no problem and actually told me one of my entrees should be ready in 5. In 5 minutes, she actually sought me out at my table and brought my order to me! Pleasantly surprised and both associates thanked me on the way out. Very nice. They did forget the fortune cookies as mentioned on other reviews but not enough for me to take away any stars. Keep building that culture up PE. Thanks

Went for a pickup order and was completely ignored by a guy in a black shirt who was helping all the other pick up orders except for me. Even made eye contact with me twice and played it off like he didn’t see me. I almost grabbed my food myself and left but the girl working the register ended up helping me. The food hasn’t tasted as fresh as it usually does the past few times I’ve been there. Better off going to a different location

I saw the TV advertisement that says ask for a sample. I did and the team member said no we do not give samples I don't know why it says that. Please share the sign this is false advertising.

It take me more than half hour to get my order, orders in front mine were wrong. Cashier have no idea on what she was doing.
