Charleys Cheesesteaks

Disgusting. I was lured in by the constant crowd, but I suppose it's more about the slow service than delicious steak sandwiches causing the commotion.I've eaten at the mecca of steak sandwiches in Philly. Whatever THESE things are being sold at Charley's do not deserve to be called steak. I ordered the Old School, which was supposed to be steak, yellow cheese (sauce), and onions. What I received was steak-um in a hotdog bun.I will not be back. There are decent alternatives nearby.

The order was completely WRONG! When I got home it went into the trash

Their Philly steak is super yummy but sometimes if u get the food delivered it is not that good and their service is not bad

I dont know what people are talking about, 3 stars? This is A grade food, try the chicken steak with jalapenos and Frank's red hot sauce. The taste is amazing, hands down my favorite food to eat when around the area. Avid customer!

I stop by at 12:00 pm to order two sandwiches and one order of fres fries and this men was very rude my husband said to him 7 with everything and this person asking if we want onions and Mushroom and then he role his ayes on my boyfriend like he was busy no one was on the line I told my boyfriend to live they don't know how to treat people we are buying not getting free food
