The c... read more We celebrated my son's birthday last weekend and ordered some pizzas at Cafe Mambo. I must say, I haven't had a pizza with so much topping in a long time. The cheese was the perfect finishing touch and, most importantly, the pizza held together well when eating it. I highly recommend trying the pizzas at Cafe Mambo, especially the Mexicana and the lot, which are the top picks.

I ordered Nachos (made it vegan friendly so l could enjoy dinner with my family) and a green mixed salad. When asking the waiter do they offer vegan options, they looked at me though l spoke a foreign language. It would be great to have vegan options with full body flavors like the rest of their menu. Let’s hope they introduce something sooner rather than later. One can always hope!
