Been there several times for chicken karaage late Saturdays mornings for takeaway. I wait outside. The food is good; but last Saturday morning I had a longer than usual wait because I suspect someone took my order and they had to prepare my order again! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hikaru Kawana:
Been here a few times, got the mango milk tea with brown sugar pearls, had it before so i know what it’s like. I was given a premix drink with mango jelly in it and the drink was clearly made wrong, it tasted like it had a whole cup of sugar in it and was not drinkable. didn’t want to bother the lady to make it again because she already took ages to make the first one and wasn’t very friendly either. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I must say that the food at this restaurant is amazing. They offer a great variety of dishes and beverages, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The service is fast, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. I highly recommend this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The restaurant closes at 8:30. We arrived at 7:05 and were informed that we couldn't be seated because the kitchen was closing. Really? Service: 1
We ordered from the ala carte menu. Service was fast and came with a genuinely warm and friendly smile, sushi was fresh and delicious. We were also impressed with the serving sizes. Will definately be back Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
We went to yesterday, it was disappointing experience, the table is sticky and environment seems not clean ,the sushi is not fresh and not delicious, especially the handrooll so bad , we won't go back this resaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$60–80 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
The sushi was terrible, but the service was decent and the atmosphere was just okay.
