Florentina's Pizzeria - Petrie Creek

Had high expectation from trip advisor reviews but was left quite disappointed. For an Italian restaurant that doesn't use fresh garlic or herbs on their garlic bread I found it appalling coming from an Italian background. Oily flavoured garlic oil and bread was what we were offeredPizzas were of medium standard. Not thin crusts. Waitress didn't offer us the specials at all. Specials menu board was no where to be seen. This place put a higher priority to their takeaway orders. No dessert offered or seen on menu. Went next door to fish & chips place for ice cream. Table service was also non existent. Had to approach the waitress to be seated then again at the till to order, as well as for asking our left overs to be put in pizza boxes and to ask for the bill and finally pay. Won't be back.

Great family friendly venue for a camping holiday, fit us in with no reservation, and the food was delicious and fast.

Good basic pizza very Australian not thin base. Very popular with the locals so looks very busy. good food in general but if you want thin crust true pizza go to europe.

We strolled down from our Airbnb and stumbled upon this charming Italian restaurant that serves delicious food with a welcoming smile. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the kitchen was very skilled. The wine selection may be limited, but in my opinion, it has a great Italian focus. We definitely plan on returning.
