Staff were not friendly and the place was dirty and i dont even wanna talk about the drinks side , it was dirtiest side of the place . I wanted to explore menu but i didnt got much help.

I especially love the lemonade and lamb—absolut... read more The food at Cava’s sit-down restaurant is definitely five stars—delicious, generous portions, and feels healthy. I especially love the lemonade and lamb—absolutely fantastic! However, my overall rating is four stars for a couple of reasons. When ordering takeout, the portions seem to be only about 60% of the regular size. After our first takeout experience, we decided not to do it again. It seems like when you’re dining in and can make eye contact with the person serving, you might get some extra extras. Another reason for four stars is the customer service, which is rarely outstanding. Occasionally you get a smile, but more often the staff seem impatient. I don’t blame them, as the place is always super busy, but it’s not quite five-star service. That said, I love Cava and will definitely keep going back. It’s certainly some of the best healthy and fast food in Austin.

I always order the spicy lamb meatballs, even though they charge extra for them, which I find a bit unnecessary. I've never had a bad experience and always leave feeling satisfied and good.
