The person I usually deal with there was very accommodating. The new girl working with him. Not at all. She was very abrupt and rude. A customer came in behind me at 8 pm and was told they were closed.the sign said open after a few snide remarks from her she rudly asked him what he wanted. He told her a foot long sub. She grabbed a 6 inch and tried to tell him he said 6 inch. Not true other customers heard the gentleman . Other customers started to cancel and walk out. Not good for business in my opinion. Other times no problems there and the subs are good. The five stars are not for her attitude. It was a 0.

Awful customer service. Please remind your staff that customers are what keep them in business, and it’s not acceptable to shoo us away 40 minutes before closing time. Improve your approach.

My husband attempted to pick up our online order 15 minutes early, but the manager refused to hand it over, even after my husband showed him the receipt on his phone. He insisted that my husband wait. We live nearby and often patronize this restaurant. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager chose to engage in a heated argument with my husband and later with me over the phone. He even went so far as to accuse us of fabricating a fake receipt just to get a free sandwich. Seriously? We’d go through all that trouble for a 6-inch sub? He yelled about how Covid had made things tough for him, but apparently not tough enough to want to retain customers. No worries; we won’t be returning.

I ordered online 25 minutes before I arrived, but the workers were rude. Other customers even commented on their attitudes. Ultimately, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for one sandwich and two drinks.
