Cauli Bites has completely reinvented the concept of sauce with their innovative Mediterranean cuisine, all centered around cauliflower. From creamy hummus to amazing weckfries, fresh salads, basil and ginger-infused lemonades, and even vegan desserts - they have it all. I told my pa... read more While stopping at the Food Court in Sawgrass Mall, which is not usually my thing, I found myself standing in front of a place called The Food Dish. I told my partner that I didn't see anything that I wanted, but he insisted on exploring a bit further. I'm glad he did because we stumbled upon this hidden gem tucked away in the back corner. The presentation and design of The Food Dish set it apart from the other options in the food court, with a stylish bar and unique atmosphere. Intrigued, I took a look at the menu and was immediately drawn in by the cauliflower dishes. We tried the baked cauliflower with potatoes, which was delicious, and also ordered the fried cauliflower with hummus. Not only were the dishes delicious, but the drinks were also amazing. The staff at The Food Dish were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better.

I absolutely enjoyed the flavors of the dishes at this restaurant, and the entire menu is fantastic. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning soon. Of course, this is a very unique dining room for an American shopping center. the article I chose was coated in the ground flower flower fountains and deep fried and they were pretty good; they could have been a little firmer, but that's picky. also the hummus and the pita were good. I enjoyed the choice of the drinks they had that fit with the thema healthier food. I wish these people really good. If I'm in the shopping center, with a family member who is looking for typical American fast food, I have another choice now.
