However, if you are not employed by one of the major local businesses (and cannot go to Dumas for lunch), you are not missing out on anything. Drive 9 miles to Cactus/Etter and try the incredible Mexican food at El Rancho. On Friday nights, Albert's in Dumas is the place to be. Personally, I have no particular loyalty to any of these establishments. Having lived in this city for 10 years, I find this restaurant to be overpriced, lacking in creativity, and the only option if you don't have access to a microwave to heat up food from a local business. Keep in mind that it is closed on weekends.
