The atmosphere is simple and informal, making you feel right at home. The classic Piedmontese appetizers are delicious. The rice, however, is the star. There are so many combinations and it's truly delicious. I'd return just to have it as an appetizer, first course, or second course. We went for lunch on a Sunday. Frankly, we were a little disappointed for a place specializing in risotto. The rice was cooked perfectly, but not the creaminess. And the fresh porcini mushrooms were very few. For €18, I would have expected something better. The appetizer was decent. The wine from a local winery was very good. The bathroom was clean and tidy. A temple of risotto. If you love rice, this is the place for you. In addition to the various classics on the menu, there are also flower menus. The local wine list is excellent.

A not too big place where you can taste a lot of risotto preceded by excellent appetizers, a good wine chosen by the owner completes a pleasant and harmonious meal, if in the area I will definitely return
