They have a vegetarian section on the menu, and most of the options are actually vegan. I was concerned that the pho might be overly spicy, but it turned out to be quite enjoyable. View all feedback.
The menu features a vegetarian section, with most options being vegan. Everything we ordered was delicious. I was concerned that the pho might be too spicy, but it turned out to be just right.
We keep coming back for the tofu spring rolls, grilled tofu with vermicelli, and tofu bahn mi.
Absolutely Delicious!! Vegans (and Vegetarians Celebrate!! PhoEver was absolutely gracious about our request for a Vegan Pho. It was perfect in every way, with lots of veggies and a scrumptious broth. They already have a Green (vegetarian Hue (Spicy on the menu, which is equally delicious. It was easily tweaked to be Vegan, and they were happy to create it that way for us. If you have any questions, ask for (the delightful and knowledgeable Lana she not only knew exactly what to do to create a deeply delicious vegan pho, but she made my husband an amazing grilled tofu/noodle dish that he declared to be the best he 'd ever eaten! YUM! (I would rank this 5 Cows but you can only give 4 Cows for a non veg exclusive restaruant. (They also have menu options of beef, chicken, etc. The vegan option was just our special request, but it was cheerfully and perfectly fulfilled.
Very good pho spot, I like how you can really customize your pho order. All kinds of other tasty Vietnamese classic dishes as well.
It was pretty quiet, but the staff were super nice and friendly : the portion sizes were a little bigger than other places we have been to for the pho. However, the rocket shrimp roll was advertised as 7 on the menu and when we ordered, the waiter specified that it would be 5 large roll.
